Örömmel adjuk hírül, hogy a Molnár Ani Galéria 2023-ban is részt vesz az Artissima nemzetközi kortárs művészeti vásáron, amelyet az olaszországi Torinóban rendeznek november 3–5. között. A galéria Radenko Milak egyéni kiállítását mutatja be a vásár Disegni szekciójában. A papírmunkákra fókuszáló szekció kurátora Irina Zucca Alessandrelli (Collezione Ramo).
A nemzetközileg elismert művész, Radenko Milak (1980, Travnik, Jugoszlávia) gyakorlatát mindig erősen meghatározta az a gondolat, hogy a világhoz és történelmünkhöz való viszonyunkat nagyban befolyásolja a világot dokumentáló képek véget nem érő áradata. Papírra festett fekete-fehér akvarelljeinek aprólékos részletessége és lágy tónusai a nyomtatott sajtóból és az internetről származó sajtófotókat intim képi szituációkként mutatja be. Legújabb sorozatában a városi környezetet titokzatos és kietlen térként ábrázolja, megragadva a nagyvárosi élet magányosságának és elidegenedettségének érzetét.

We are pleased to announce that Ani Molnár Gallery will participate in the Artissima international contemporary art fair, which will take place in Turin, Italy, from 3-5 November 2023. The gallery will present the solo exhibition of Radenko Milak in the Disegni section of the fair. The section focusing on works on paper is curated by Irina Zucca Alessandrelli (Collezione Ramo).
The internationally acclaimed artist, Radenko Milak’s (1980, Travnik, Yugoslavia) practice has always been heavily influenced by the idea that our relationship to the world and its history is largely determined by the never-ending flow of images which is documenting the world. Diligent details and soft tones of his black-and-white watercolors on paper present press photographs from print media and the Internet as intimate pictorial situations. His latest series depicts urban environments as mysterious and desolate spaces, capturing a sense of loneliness and alienation in metropolitan life.
